Flex schedule is super nice, but sales determines your schedule. High sales= schedule pick.

Cons

This place is very cliquey and near cult-like behavior. They consistently speak of "drinking the green kool-aid" as though it's a term of endearment, although it's been described of them in a negative fashion. Lots of office politics, and bureaucracy, especially if you ever want a promotion or to change departments. Beware of ICCU.

Pros

They have great benefits, 401 k and pension.

Cons

They have a great atmosphere UNLESS you work in IT. They require a lot from you, get mad when you can’t juggle everything, and blame you for shortfalls. Micro management, that’s a must! They require you to be 10-15 minutes early but you can’t leave until the exact time your shift ends. But don’t pay you for it because you’re salary.
