      Gotta drink the koolaid or be LDS to survive

      Pros

      Benefits are great if you have a lot of kids. I did not so I was left with a high deductible but low out of pocket monthly cost.

      Cons

      If you are not LDS, you may feel left out. Some people might not even talk to you. It will also affect your ability for promotion if you are not LDS.

      Pros

      Campus and facilities are immaculate. Member really does come first in decisions and actions. Member centricity is not just an unrelated mission statement. My co-workers are some of the most amazing people I have ever met.

      Cons

      IT operates differently from the rest of the CU. The other reviews you read are not a representation of the IT department. Core values are not enforced when it comes to employees. ICCU does not have the same work amenities that other tech companies offer so we can't attract knowledgeable people. Junior people are hired or promoted internally that have zero technical experience. Those same people are expected to perform senior level work. Expect overtime. Direction, vision and objectives quickly change making your odds of being successful slim. Every second of your day needs to be tracked and reportable. It is unprofessional.

      Pros

      Huge community involvement, and lots opportunity to get out in the community. They treat their members well.

      Cons

      If you don’t drink all the green koolaid, everyday you’ll quickly be on the outside.
