I get to be creative with ideas. Work schedule is flexible. Interacting with decision makers and executives.

Cons

Ideas take longer than anticipated to bring to life. Lines are a little blurry with ownership.

Pros

Wonderful insurance and benefits. Great culture between coworkers. Not your typical call center where you need to push members off the call asap.

Cons

Growth is limited by location. Don’t expect a career unless you’re in Chubbuck. AI overload is insane. They cry “AI won’t steal your job” and then explain what departments will shrink once AI catches up in the next breath. Refuses to acknowledge the impact of generative AI on the environment. If the AI situation gets forced I may seek employment elsewhere.
