ICF Senior Associate reviews

This is kind of a body shopping company, so not much career growth here. People are treated like independent contractors. Salaries hikes are also very low (better to ask for more base pay while joining the company if you can). Not much appreciation within the company either.

This is a company that does not care about their people. Management will underbid contracts and hire incompetent developers, and then push the few people who can actually do the work to spend entire nights at the office & entire weekends in order to make the deliverable/schedule in order to save face. I have noticed that in the tech dept., more than half are here on work Visas. So they probably feel that those people are lucky to have a job, to be here in the US, and think that they will work to death because if they do not then they will have to find another sponsor to stay in this country.
