Pros
Doing work that has a positive impact in the world. Working with high caliber, dedicated colleagues. Having the opportunity to prove yourself and develop somewhat flexible working arrangements. The fact that I am continuously learning.
Cons
Management is so focused on growth they often seem spread too thin to also effectively manage existing contracts and their staff. Much of the talk and programs related to work life balance seem to be superficial - employees need to make sure they are firm in managing their own balance. The tuition reimbursement program is not competitive.
