Thank you for your review. At ICF, we are committed to fostering a culture built on mutual respect, accountability, and inclusivity at every level of the organization. We encourage our managers to create open and supportive environments that prioritize their team’s professional growth and provide a listening ear so everyone feels heard. We understand that having open and honest conversations isn’t always easy, but we encourage you to schedule an impact conversation with your manager to express your needs and expectations. If you feel your concerns aren't addressed, your HR Business Partner is available to explore further steps and provide additional support. Your experience matters, and we are committed to working with you to ensure fairness and respect are upheld throughout the organization. --- SS

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that remote work and work-life balance have been positive aspects of your experience at ICF. We always look at our time off policies to encourage people to take time for themselves—no matter how they use their PTO. The number of PTO days in a year depends on your country, your role in the business, and the number of years you have worked at ICF. We offer paid time off, accrued as you work, as well as significant holidays (based on your country) and floating holidays (available on day one). As you increase your tenure with ICF, so does your PTO. This balance can also go in the negative. Thank you for being part of the team and sharing your perspective. - SJ

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed working with your team! Negotiating your ideal compensation package can feel challenging. Once that initial negotiation is set, further increases typically come through merit adjustments or promotions. Consider preparing for an impact conversation with your manager. Discuss the steps that could align with the goals of where you want to be in your future while keeping in mind that results may take some time. Starting the conversation now can help set you on the path toward the outcomes you’re looking for. These conversations are never easy, so be sure to check out the Impact Conversations intranet page to help guide you in this discussion. I hope this helps as you continue your career journey with us. -HS
