      One of the most innovative companies in the world. AI, robitics, a space program, and a mission to house the most vulnerable people on the planet. You get to work w/ some of the most intelligence and hard working team I’ve been around. Building a better world for the people who need it the most.

      * Great company culture - everyone is engaged and working towards the same mission * Top of market pay rates * Great and genuine company vision - you can be assured that your contributing towards something meaningful

      Cons

      * The pace can be high and there are intense periods * If you are looking for a "9 to 5" and to mentally "punch out" at the end of the day - this is not the place

      Pros

      The only pro is the sweet death that comes afterwards

      Cons

      Working long hours to satisfy upper management when there is no need to. They avoid safety because it wastes production time. They spill actual toxic additive's all over the ground and is okay with it. I've had management look at me and tell me to poor it on the floor because we need to hurry up. This place will make you work every single day and hour and ask "Why aren't you happy ? You are doing great things here" I'm glad to be rid of this place.
