      Pros

      Position is home-based. Great benefits, pay, and staff. Upper management recognizes the organizational problems and taking steps to fix them.

      Cons

      Too many metrics and systems that need to be checked and manually updated on a regular basis. On paper the workload is not bad but when you add in all of the manually checks & updates, it leads to a ton of work and frustration. There is a lot of staff turnover resulting in long hours covering work for the people who have left.

      I honestly can't think of one Pro.

      If you enjoy working for a company that has total disregard for its employees then ICON is the place for you! There used to be a lot of talented people that worked at ICON. However as leadership continues with their authoritarian style they will continue to drive people from the company. Envision the worst company to work for and that is exactly what ICON is.
