Pros
Some nice people to work with. Some great managers some great co-workers. Ability to work remote.
Cons
Merging with PRA threw the company out of balance. After a number of years at ICON it appears that if you're willing to work, they will pile it on. Little help is offered. Salaries can be an issue, company not willing to negotiate to keep good people. they don't mind burning people out. Although there are some great managers there are some awful directors, mean, unprofessional, and not ready to reward good behavior and hard work. Very slow for promotions, always worked hard but took me over 4 years for a simple promotion.
