Lack of specific training to be a CRA. Culture of CRO is figure it out but told to ask may questions but no one answers. Managers are either yes people and do jot support you because they do not want to ruffle any feathers of other managers. Promotions not given to people of color and secretly told to employees to apply. Covert racism and gender bias actions by management. No work life balance and no one cares as long as you get to site. Safety is not a concern because female CRA can be asked to take late and early morning flights to get to the sites. The metrics is unreasonable and people are leaving but no one cares. Work is left for remaining CRA . Pay is low in comparison to years ago. Inconsistent with programs and newly hired will either sink or swim.
