Pros

My immediate manager was a former colleague who was supportive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

Orientation is poor and not face to face. Work life balance in non existent. It is literally impossible to get all work done effectively. Turnover rate is high. IT is in another country and very very poor. Metrics are priority over quality. Bullying is allowed with no consequences. Home grown systems are poor with no expert super users. HR is unavailable and does not have human contact with employees such as interview process and does not provide and exit interview.

Pros

Good benefits, better than average PTO, fair salary

Cons

New management with unrealistic expectations; too much focus on pushing unrealistic timelines; systems put into place meant to help which actually end up hindering; seems like upper mgmt cares more about making $$$$ than actually getting quality treatments and drugs approved for the people that need it.

Pros

-Good PTO allocation -Generous 401k matching contributions

Cons

-Massive shift of resources from US to India -Culture of pushing quantity over quality which creates more work in the end tracking down errors and correcting them -High turnover - Retention of valuable, experienced employees is not a company priority -Focus on acquisition of companies without a proper integration plan -Metrics as Law - easily taken out of context as a means to deny employees a cost-of-living raise -Due to the inability to hire replacements in the US, low-performers have their workloads continually lightened while the high-performers are forced shoulder the burden. This demoralizes the highest performers as they continually take on what the others couldn't handle, all the while feeling as if their hard work is not acknowledged, appreciated nor rewarded
