-I worked there for 3 years (started as a contactor) and then hired on full time as a recruiter. -From day one management told us we have a bad reputation on pay in our marker, with the approach to offer as little pay as possible. -We would often talk about paying candidates as little as we could and received constant pushback from our HR Business Partners if a candidate asked for more money. - It got to the point were many recruiters were afraid to ask questions.

Poor management, poor HR, poor communication. Worked there for more than 3 years and the annual raise did not keep up with inflation or performance. No separate sick time. Management hires and promotes incompetent people. Management dumps the work load on some workers, while others barely work. Very toxic team culture and very high turnover. You basically work hard to the point you hate the job; and then, you get promoted when they see you are about to leave. Terrible HR that does not take any actions when people complain about bad employees. HR and management doesn't take harassment at work seriously. Would never recommend to anyone. It's been 6 years since acquisition with Hospira happened and some things are not fully merged and adding Smiths Medical into the mix is a disaster.
