Pros

Creative and fun co-workers. Flexible schedule at times Worthy mission Relaxed dress code

Cons

Chaos within the company at all levels. Constant changes in policy and pay structure. Unrealistic expectations for employees by upper management. Sales staff under tremendous pressure without proper training or support. Disrespectful treatment of employees by senior management (Regional Sales Managers crying in front of other employees due to public belittling by upper level management) Employee expenses not reimbursed and pay is at times miscalculated in company's favor. Employees have to watch their pay carefully. Very high turnover of sales team. Micro-managing is huge problem. Red tape and absurd rules make an already difficult job worse.

Pros

A great idea and mission supporting our military members and spouses

Cons

Poor management and lack of direction, no communication by management and employees operated in a vacuum. No internal communication between departments and with the numerous company course corrections made on a regular basis with priorities changing daily, it was difficult to maintain workplace priorities.
