Pros

OPS team was helpful in aiding me get my tasks done. Learned a lot as a leader for the after school program. It opened up a lot of opportunities for me in this organization.

Cons

It was a lot of hard work and dedication, I wished I would have gotten more help from my supervisor, as I was the only one left in charge of all the students in the after school program.

One Hundred percent is given to the students each and everyday. Team and Family approach makes you want to go to work everyday.

Cons

I love working with staff and students at Idea Weslaco. I do not see any cons.
