Individuals feeling intimidated by Ideas expectations and core values.... no need to feel intimidated or scared away by our high expectations. Work is work. People need to understand that meeting high expectations,yes, can be challenging and lots of work as I've read some reviews on here....but when does one ever appreciate a great change or when can you appreciate change in your working environment if you haven't seen different? Many complain that administration change plans and the way things are handled. That's every where. Administrators or managers need to change directive or directives if one way isn't working to meet goals. It's great to challenge each and every Idea employee to appreciate, live and learn by our core values, goals and college success beliefs. I have worked at other school settings, Weslaco Independent School District is one, and I can compare the difference in set structure. Many state that Idea expects too much? That's a great thing!I mean why live the rest of your life in your comfort zone that doesn't consist of high expectations. If you are looking to have a job that consists of no core beliefs, then Idea isn't your place. If you feel you can't meet or college success expectations, again, Idea isn't for you. If you can challenge yourself and you know you can try to work as hard as you can with our team to meet our goals and high expectations, then come and share your positive energy with us.
