Great place to work. Supportive Management staff all the way up. A huge focus on quality results and very customer focused.

Pros

Ability to be promoted quick-within a year Fast paced-lots and lots of work to be done Good vacation time-starting out you get like 2 weeks plus float days Tight knit community-not too many people working at one time

Cons

Horrible management-bring an issue to a supervisor, expect it to be forgotten about till its a HUGE problem Tons of overtime expected (night shift at least) Ergonomically-Many people with carpal tunnel symptoms, they attempt to put a bandaide over the issue by telling us to stretch every hour.
