      Pros

      The coworkers who do the work are phenomenal people. Campus is nice.

      Cons

      Upper, Senior, and Executive leaders do not care about their people's work loads. Under current ceo and executive team they only care about shareholder value. Innovation, Pet Health, and Customer Experience are no longer important.

      Pros

      Working with pets is fun and can be rewarding work. It’s always fun to run into a cool dog or puppy while on the job

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Many managers do not have the credentials or experience to be managing a sales team. There is zero work life balance and they will work you to death to look good for shareholders and upper management. The expectations are extremely unrealistic and quotas are becoming more attainable. The launch of the new Invue analyzer has been a train wreck to say the least. Things were promised to customers that are very inaccurate. Currently my days consist of putting out fires in regards to the new Invue analyzer that has horrible accuracy. Customers are extremely frustrated and so are current reps. This company is going downhill
