Pros
Co-workers are generally bright, congenial, supportive of each other. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but barely.
Cons
Management is greedy, insensitive to employees, petty and intractable. Executives suck up huge profits for themselves while marginalizing pay raises, cutting pager pay, and eliminating other employee benefits and perks for those on the front lines. Supervisors are poorly trained and tend to give overly subjective, inaccurate feedback. Patronizing, fear based management style. Elitist, demoralizing work environment. Physically and emotionally toxic.
