Pros

Nothing at all good about this company.

Cons

The company hired me as a compliance manager to look after their compliance stuff however after three months they asked me to put down my papers without giving any reason. The reason i got to know unofficially is that they could not afford to do the certification for the company for which they hired me. Pathetic. career destroying.

A great vision but lost focus

Pros

It was a great party till it lasted.

Cons

Company started with innovative fintech products, but lost the focus mid way. It was 2011, hardly anyone was innovating in payments / fintech and financial inclusion space. Aadhar and UIDAI were nascent. This startup came up with mobile products around aadhar based payments, consumer wallet, biometric POS, biometric microATM. So many innovative products, handled by poor Product Management (or lack of product management), idiot CTO, bit incompetent teams located across geographies creating void in communication and understanding of vision. Hands of approach of CEO, totalitarian CTO, and remote team working in silos destroyed everything. Nothing material could come out of pilot projects and both CEO and teams lost focus. Moreover, they diversified so much, started wrong portfolio of products under subsidiary of DataProctr which derailed the company. Look forward to Nov 2016, had they persisted in original products in fintech, learned, polished the products and adapted to what markets demanded, they would have been much more valuable today. It feels they lost a golden opportunity and their relevance.

Pros

HR is friendly and cooperative. Provide reimbursement

Cons

Please read all the cons carefully before joining Idmission. Non technical manager is managing technical teams and even have no idea what the team supposed to work on and they just need JIRA ticket and work logs. (They call themselves as Senior Products manager). - Worst salary compensation, only fixed employees / managers will get hike. - You will never get paid for your work, you should have to be your managers guy ( chatni padegi). - If you delete the notepad files from IT managers laptop then he will become fresher employee at idmission. - No fixed working hours, you should have to wait for overnight if you haven't complete your work. - you have to struggle to get work on the technology that you are hired for. - Poor management, upper / manager level too. Please don't join as Linux admin, you will be working on desktop support in the name of Linux admin. - IT team is the worst and unmanaged team but manager is also worst at his own tasks management. - Manager will take credit for your tasks and even he don't have idea about the concepts that you worked on. - VP is not good human being and put unnecessary work pressure on employees.
