-- Go find it .I didn't got any. -- How come bunch of old non technical people can implement cutting edge tech. -- If applications are working then its jugad and lots of patch work. else all the time they have to restart

Cons

- No work life balance - All the time applications are failing and every time everyone is on call for patch work . - No design and discussion - If someone suggest design , it is thrown away in dustbin - Company thinks if they are paying you salary , then you are their slaves
