Lost in the chaos: A company in desperate need of organization

Even though I faced challenges with upper management, my teammates were fantastic.

Cons

The entire company functioned like a department store after toddler rampage. Finding even the most basic information was an archeological dig through a mountain of nonsensical files and tribal knowledge. Spreadsheets from the paleolithic era, anyone? Standardize anything? Apparently, chaos was their middle name.

-Clean office -Casual dress code (sneakers, hoodies, jeans are appropriate) -Free parking -ESOP -Bi-monthly events put on by the employee engagement committee -Employee owned

Cons

-Mundane work and demanding customers -Training is inconsistent and lacking in documentation process -Work load is not consistent -You are only allowed to work remotely on Fridays -High/unrealistic expectation for accuracy and low returns -Corporate culture and lack of empathy in leadership -High stress -There is little room for growth or promotions within my department -New hires have the opportunity to met with the CEO and do an "ask me anything" type session. The CEO does not live in the same reality as the employees of this company. -Little to no diversity, especially diversity in thought
