Pros

Easy work. Respooling wire, getting stock, packaging shipments.

Cons

The bonsuses are a joke. No bonuses for the warehouse workers, but management got theirs. Company parties are lame and charge for all drinks. Company does events, but you can't attend them on your shift or get over time to come in early. They take forever to train you and advancement. The do not punish slackers.

Pros

Employee owned allows for most people to financially benefit from the company's success

Cons

Poor communication between upper management and everyone else, both internal and external. Lip service given to the claim that a collaborative atmosphere exists due to employee ownership but that claim is inaccurate, it is very much an 'every man for himself' environment.
