Terrible senior leadership -- they made the decision to layoff lower level employees to preserve corporate level bonuses during covid. Significantly underpaid No investment into the operation from both a cap ex and headcount perspective, but leadership would wonder why customer service levels were below target Zero accountability from senior leadership Almost no job security; I witnessed several managers walked out without notice

Cons

Machine were constantly breaking down, creating endless chaos with no proper resources to fix anything. Long hours piled up without a single word of thanks or even basic respect. The work crushed both body and mind, leaving nothing but exhaustion, frustration, and bitter regret.
