Pay is decent, but with how much pressure and stress there is to working here, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons

Management is frustrating to work with. They shift priorities at the last second, forcing everyone to scrap everything they were working on just because they changed their minds. They don’t care much for boundaries as well, and constantly ask employees to do more and more work to the point where their workloads are too overwhelming to handle.

Some coworkers were professional and helpful.

Cons

Decisions were driven by favoritism instead of logic, leading to frustration and wasted effort. The overbearing CEO created a culture where it felt impossible to voice concerns without fear of backlash. The anguish of watching good ideas ignored while others advanced purely due to favoritism was draining. It felt like no one cared about genuine input from employees in roles like mine.

Lost in the chaos: A company in desperate need of organization

Pros

Even though I faced challenges with upper management, my teammates were fantastic.

Cons

The entire company functioned like a department store after toddler rampage. Finding even the most basic information was an archeological dig through a mountain of nonsensical files and tribal knowledge. Spreadsheets from the paleolithic era, anyone? Standardize anything? Apparently, chaos was their middle name.
