Pros

Great benefits, employee ownership perks, customer solution focused, lean management structure, low employee count so you aren’t just a number, family run company feel, employees of all levels are involved in most corporate projects so they are driven “by the people”.

Cons

We have been in a state of change and growth for about 6 years. This means you have to be able/willing to adapt. Those that do love it and find the rate of change appealing. Those that don’t eventually end up leaving.

I have been with the company for over 15 years. I worked my up to my current position. They helped pay for my schooling and supported me all the way. They encourage ongoing development. The culture is great, open and your voice is heard. This is a company that looks ahead to the future.

Cons

None that I have encountered in my time here.
