ESOP if you stay the 6 years to be fully vested What's left of employees with tenure Lots of food for rewards

Cons

DC Management all new in the last year, no floor knowledge of process. Large overhaul and creating complex situations for easy jobs. HR is all new in the last year, the family culture of the company has disappeared and employee input is treated as "do it this way or you are gone", even if you are performing well. Loyalty and dedication to the customer seems to be lost as new management is limiting capacity for what should be a growing company.

I have been at IEWC for almost a year. The entire time I have worked here I have felt like an "asset" to the company. IEWC does a great job of letting their employees know how important you are. The work environment is extremely positive. Employees constantly know what is going on and are never left in the dark. Work environment is great with plenty of light and live trees inside. Very forward outlook and on the cutting edge, continually looking to gain market share. Covid situation has been handled very well and employees and customers were kept in mind. Great outlook a head. Happy to be a part of it

Good core group of sales and support ,however they cannot execute as leadership constantly changes focus and process.....as well as comp plans

Cons

So many to list ..... Juvenile Leadership at the very top Dishonest Many people in the wrong jobs Many employees are self promoting, cliquey, back stabbing
