A MNC with full of politics

Small size MNC. Easy to get along with colleagues with same position level. Work from home basis.

Cons

This company is pretty unstable. Changing of management and employees turnover are frequent and high. Training is essentially not existence. In addition, the SAP system they are using is just to confused you. Not to help you to speed up your works. Your work will be somewhat similar to work in a SME or even worse off. Lastly, the management that they brought in is completely without any knowledge about the market dynamic. They are just here to get their retirement fund and play politics within the group. This group of people would probably just share with you their years of experiences. But in fact, they talk but nothing will happen.

Paid sick leaves and a bonus to end the year.

Cons

The management of New Berlin does not trust its own employees, and this blatant distrust results in the low employee morale and poor productivity in the workplace. The managers seem to be cautious when investing time and resources to the employees, which prevents us from maximizing our productivity and learning.
