I joined in Patni which is known as iGATE patni, It is a god association to work with as a fresher, work is very good and challenging. Very less time to remain free and learn so many god things

Cons

The increments are very poor and dissatisfied. The salary structure is very poor as compared to other firms. This is the reason very less people stays in the firm the completing 2 or 3 years in the company
