Pros

I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Employees are treated like second class citizens. No room for advancement. Management is incompetent and the company looks like it's headed for the dumpster. If you are looking for a quality career with a great company than don't even waste your time filling out the application.

Pros

Great environment to learn in. If you are persistent/dedicated or lucky enough you can gain experience across multiple disciplines, departments and regions. Work life balance is not bad but it seems to depend on who your manager is i.e. working remotely seems random and there is no set policy.

Cons

I am from Legacy GTECH i.e. the company that purchased IGT. It seems as if GTECH's pay issues have been absorbed into the new company. Unequal pay-scales Opportunities for growth seem to have dwindled compared to a few years back. Diversity is an issue both ethnically, racially, regionally, etc. Leadership/Development program has stalled, especially across borders. Work life balance needs to be a company driven policy. Company culture has faded, seems more for the stiff suit type. Turnover has gone up in recent times.

Pros

There were no pros at the end. You did have access to a few discounts with local merchants because you were an IGT employee.

Cons

Everyone was constantly afraid of layoffs. The upper management team was replaced by people with zero industry experience. Management was either absent or Machiavellian in nature. The benefits were eroded rapidly over a few years. Its amazing how a CEO can manage to keep the company from growth over a five year span.
