      Never work here, the worst place to work

      Pros

      I do not know. if you play good politics, don't really want to work, then it is right place for you.

      Cons

      Do you love politics? Are you a great butt kisser? Can you deal with a new boss every 6 months? Do you like constant reorgs? do you like an endless rotation of clueless new managers telling you what to do? Do you know how to look busy but do nothing all day? If you said yes to these ... this is the place for you!

      It was the long time employees

      Cons

      CEO concerned only about her position and market perception. She makes decisions for the market and not what is best for the company. Quarterly view vs. long term. She does not value industry knowledge, and she has stacked the BOD. Company in decline.

      Decent company with serious problems

      Pros

      The people that work there are very knowledgeable and good at their jobs.

      Cons

      The morale there was awful. You had to jump through a lot of hoops to get promoted; a lot of employees were at low levels for a very long time (level 1 or 2). There seemed to be a lot of layoffs, but a new vice president was hired every other month or so. Upper management seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
