Pros

Work is challenging and is nice to have a cafeteria on campus.

Cons

Having to earn sick time in conjunction with vacation time is unfortunate and challenging. Ever since I started we have been under staffed; and with layoffs seeming to be a way of doing business there is no sense of job security.

Convenient location. Cafeteria on-site. Air Conditioning.

Cons

Constant layoffs hanging over head. Management is not held accountable for horrible performance, only people who actually work hard are punished. Horrible raise system. Worked 60+Hours a week for 6 months, only got a 2% raise because their hands were tied. Guess how many hours of overtime I work now?
