Pros

Nothing really. Hybrid work, but that's the norm these days.

Cons

Worse than manufacturing, no promotions for 5+ years. 5 out of 7 team members left for this reason, including me. Management doesn't care about any growth. Employees have been working here for ever as they got no place else for their skills. Run away if you care about yourself.

Pros

Here's a 5 word minimum to say there were no pros to working here.

Cons

-Constant micromanagement and they make you feel so small as if you don't know your job. My own manager wasn't even confident in my abilities to do my job and always looked over my shoulder, waiting for me to do something wrong. If you can't trust your employees, why have people work for you then? Why was I hired for the position if you think I'm not capable of doing my job? -The group I worked with was very cliquey and there was rampant favoritism. It felt like I was back in high school and it was always me vs. them. One of the girls there pretty much has the entire staff wrapped around her finger. She plays it off by acting "charming" and "charismatic" but really, she's catty, immature and sabotages people who go against her. My manager always kissed up to her so I never addressed this with her because she was always about her and thought she could never do no wrong. - HR is basically paid to sit there and exist. I went to her regarding an issue I had with the coworker mentioned in the previous bullet, and all she said to me was "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" How about do your job? What if I had a more pressing matter, such as sexual harassment in the workplace? Is this the same attitude I would have received? This was my first and final hard lesson that HR IS FOR THE COMPANY, NOT THE PEOPLE. - Most of management here don't deserve the positions they have and only got them likely because of connections and talking up themselves very well. No work gets done here. There's plenty of gossip and talking that happens here as if we're at a high school cafeteria during lunch. Everyone in management is brainless. I've never worked with a group of people who were so incompetent in my entire life. - There was NO DIVERSITY whatsoever, so BLACK PEOPLE AND POC IN GENERAL, BEWARE. I was the only black person in my department and I believe this played a MAJOR role in how my co-workers treated me and spoke to me. I felt as if I was an outsider looking in, observing how the company functions, rather than an actual employee. It always felt as if it was me against everyone else when it should've been me vs nobody because we're all working together towards the same goal. I completely understand that everyone is not going to like you, but respect and acknowledgement definitely goes a long way. - The whole company as a whole is disorganized. I was almost a year into my role and there were still MAJOR responsibilities that I were not given and were thrown into randomly. Then when I didn't do them correctly, it was a problem. TELL PEOPLE THEIR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FROM THE BEGINNING. DON'T THROW TASKS ONTO PEOPLE MONTHS LATER DOWN THE LINE AND THEN GET MAD BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO IT CORRECTLY. TAKE THE PROPER TIME OUT TO TRAIN THEM FROM THE START AND YOU WON'T HAVE THIS ISSUE, IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

Pros

Cant think of any, other than it pays bills, somewhat

Cons

2022 annual increases were 1 to 1.5%, where inflations were 9-10%. Even before 2022, raises are typically 2-3%, so you will see your pay getting lower compared to industry/infaltion. No growth, promotions by your tenure and connections. Lots of politics, and no communication or dedication from senior management. No vision, strategy to company's direction. You will get frustrated year over year.
