- Nice people work there. - Laid Back. - If you passionate about gaming, you will probably love it.

Cons

- Its Gambling, not very rewarding. Unless you love gambling. - Does not embrace new technologies very fast. - Lots of Bureaucracy. - Not a software company at its core, comes from manufacturing.

Wonderful, hard working coworkers.Benefits were ok, but have changed due to the merger.

Cons

IGT used to be the premier gaming company to work for. I worked there for over 15 years and gave my heart and soul. The company took a downturn approx 5 yrs ago due to mismanagement by upper level management and became the most oppressive place I have ever worked. I had high hopes with the recent merger, but I fear the company is only going to get worse. If you are considering working for IGT RUN before it's too late!!!
