      Really really really big parking lot.

      Management promotes a culture of brown nosing instead of working hard to get ahead, Serious lack of communication at all levels, Layoffs.

      Great people / Too Much Management Turnover

      Pros

      There are many good, even great, people that work hard every day at IGT. Diverse product lines and known brand across the world.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the management politics was so ridiculous that it drove away many good people and gives much unease to those who still work there. A lot of opportunity if the management team stabilizes and they begin a different culture of team-building and enabling all team members, not just favoring the ones who play politics and oftentimes don't have the knowledge to make the correct decisions.

      Pros

      I worked from this company for 12 years and experienced many changes in with upper management. Great company forward thinking, in the beginning of my employment.

      Cons

      The employees loved their jobs, upper mgmt made it difficult to thrive in. They changes their minds about their goals and objectives daily. It was a place you'd loved to go to daily and became just a paycheck and looking for way out.
