      Pros

      401k is decent, good holiday pay. Nice employees and most management is nice and fair.

      Cons

      Pay is low to start and I had to really fight to get fair raises. Lack of upward mobility unless you are willing to relocate. Had to work a lot of overtime on short notice because we were always short-staffed. Outsourcing tech support to india when gtech's own software breaks really sucks. I spent so much time on the phone talking to Satesh, Satish, Govindarajan, etc. and it is not an easy task.

      Challenging work opportunity to work in video game technology without the severe crunch good co-workers salary seems competitive for the area

      Cons

      IGT changes direction far too often It seems like we are hiring a new VP every month training/conference budget is sporadic at best
