Pros

- long history of being a great company - large install base (although shrinking)

Cons

- Upper management sends very clear messages they don't care about it's employees - "old regime" considered incompetent by "new regime" - ALL new positions are going to outside people - Outside people are coming in at higher pay than existing loyal employees - Morale sucks......Or as new regime puts it "employee engagement is down"

Pros

Nothing really but the benefits. The mangers and supervisors expect one person to complete a tone of service calls in one day. Remind you these are in locations that are probably 2-3 hours apart from each other and after all that hard work no appreciation is every shown. Not even your annually raise.

Cons

Work load is insane, upper management is unorganized and has no structure, a lack of communication between employees and management, no annual raise, limited bonuses, the lottery equipment is the worst, and there policies are very unfair. Should I say more?
