Pros

Some of the best minds in gaming gravitate to IGT. They offer a wide variety of industry exposure and advancement, benefits package is the best I've had during my gaming career.

Cons

Sometimes you kind of get lost in the shuffle being such a large company. Constant change of management style and technique (which I'm sure can attributed to/by market trends).

Pros

Good exposure to Gaming Industry

Cons

Poor Management - Good Ol' Boys Network, oblivious when dealing with customer and employee concerns. Project Management - Disorganized; Engineers left to solve problems. If you let the process fail, the Engineers are left holding the bag. Management - No accountability, head in the sand approach. Pay is poor without bonuses.
