      Benefits used to be good, but they are being trimmed away.

      Cons

      Salaries are low. Training and professional development are non-existent. Job skills and work ethic are unimportant, only the ability to suck up will get you ahead - maybe.

      Good place for parking yourself and start looking for long term job

      Cons

      The CEOs have done the job of cost cutting including coffee creamer. The CEOs have took and will take home lots of money. The work cultture is pathetic. The managers higly incompetent and political. Do not do other teams works.

      Pros

      Decent work, life balance. Good benefits and decent salary. My team mates are good people. We work hard and get the job done.

      Cons

      Upper management is the problem. They have no clue of what it is that we do and ask things of us that prove it. Engineers that write the code for the software have no respect for other departments that depend on their output.
