employees do not need some all hands, culture meeting where all the bigwigs come in and talk culture and the future of culture. do you know what we need to talk about? below average market pay, bad managers, bad senior leaders, the true direction of the company, why Human resources is so incompetent and stopped from doing their job and so on. THAT IS WHAT WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT. Not an all hands meetings with VP's where we slap rear ends, sing kumbaya and talk about how we are a 'market leader' rofl!!!

CEO's staff has stooped to a new low by reviewing employee e-mail, instant messages and cell phone records, looking for dissenters. Continuous downsizing is the norm at IGT. Morale is abysmally low.
