Pros
It's better than being un-employed. Most of the employees are doing the best that they know how, in the face of constant staff cut-backs and inane management decisions that usually do little to improve the guest's resort experience and are mainly are made to make the manager(s) appear more valuable to their boss. Benefits offered.
Cons
Constant job description & procedure inconsistencies. Horrible communication practices. Overt favortism shown in hiring, scheduling and promotion. There is a lack of standards awareness and enforcement resort-wide. Sloppy HR practices and enforcement. Some Upper management expects to be treated like royalty. Free meals offered are often inedible and make many employees ill.
