Pros

A really good customer focus, good solutions for securing customer satisfaction. Strong focus on culture and values. Flat structure and open communication in all levels.Great career opportunities.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, using a lot of time on delivering reports that no one will use or read... Cost consiousness may be a bit extreme, difficult to reach goals and KPI's with unreasonable staff budgets.

Pros

Competitive base pay - I know in the early 2000's their start pay for their lowest paid position was 60% higher then minimum wage. Benefits 15% Discount on product Great fellow coworkers

Cons

Some company politics but not enough to make it a difficult place to work at. Weekends can be stressful. Very busy and typically under staffed.
