Pros

Always meeting new people due to most new hires quitting within the first week. Free t-shirt and barbecue every June, nice "holiday party" in January.

Cons

Each department was more interested in passing the buck than working together to create solutions. Operating procedures changed almost daily and were not communicated to all stakeholders. Management knew that all they had to do to keep ownership happy was to tell them what they wanted to hear, regardless of whether or not it was true. Hourly employees were considered unfit for providing feedback or suggestions to management. Owners were good people but sure didn't hire right for their immediate reports. All in all a very discouraging place to work.

Pros

Was a great company to work for at first, salary was average. Co-workers are all right once you get to know them.

Cons

Salary or raises are stagnant. Vacation is minimum at 2 weeks to start and watch for your start date as this will dictate when your 3 weeks will start based on their fiscal year. If you are willing to compromise your work ethics this is the place to be otherwise be thankful they did not hire you.

Pros

Good pay for this area. That is all I can say

Cons

Schedule changes often. Rotating shifts. Supervisors are former gang bangers. English is the second language used here. IKO is looking for the quick buck not long term relationship in the community work force.
