Rewarding job, plenty of opportunity to succeed. fair compensation, fair territories, great career accelerator, excellent training program. Great co-workers. Awesome culture.

Cons

Lack of compensation, no gas, no cell phone, no company car, no freedom, micro managed, all in all this is still a great job and it is hard to give cons,

Pros

There can be some nice flexibility in schedules great local people striving to do the right thing. great product and great service

Cons

There can be a lot of hurdles and backroom operations from the start of a deal to the delivery of the equipment. Can't compare with anything else but healthcare payment is crazy.

Pros

Great product line and diverse product offerings to customers, overall good benefits and vacation time even for first year employees.

Cons

Constant company changes due to merger, especially relating to territories for outside sales reps and accounts being "handled" by specialists, poor communication in changes (too much secrecy about merger and how sales reps are affected), compensation plan always changing. Too much micromanagement. Unnecessasry training and online courses.
