Thanks for the review. We use CEIPAL for making C2C placements. IMCS has developed an internal portal to monitor all C2C placements. If you have any suggestions you can email to satish@imcsfroup.net. we encourage our employees to come up with suggestions. Many times people complain without providing suggestions on how to improve. We look upon highly people bringing improvements. Sometimes it may not be possible to implement all the changes. I am hoping you will send suggestions to me.

Thanks for your review. Paid hollidays are given to employees on salary basis. It looks like you are on hourly pay. We do offer Medical, dental, vision, short term disability and long term disability. You have to opt these benefits. In hourly pay the premium is borne by the employee.
