Thank you for the review. I am happy to see positive remarks. I am surprised by the comment that the Employee engagement programs are missing. Let me list all the employee engagement programs so that it clarifies this. 1. We have "Walkathon" program where we encourage our employees to walk. At the end of every month, we go ahead and give out gift cards based on a lottery selection. 2. We have group meditation sessions that are conducted once in a while. 3. We had a health talk series. 4. We had online yoga classes. 5. We had a musical concert from Mexico. 6. We had a sports quiz 7. We had Bollywood quiz 8. We had India quiz 9. We had "Christmas decoration contest" 10. We had "Independence Day Contest" 11. We had "Spanish lessons". 12. We have newsletters published every quarter to communicate with our employees. 13. We one of the very few companies that has done online team meeting lunches. 14. Free vaccines for everyone. We sent survey to our employees on what kind of employee engagements activities they would like to have. We cannot implement some of them as we are working remote. Any physical office activity is not possible. We have done an amazing job by having our employee work from home. We are proud that we are one of the best companies to work for in the US IT services.
