Thanks for your review. We are happy to see that you have positive things to say about immigration, pay, and placement with clients. We have also noted the suggestions that you have made. We do care for our employees. However, in a staffing/consulting model, the employee's interaction is more with the client. That is the reason you would be seeing more interaction and communication from the client side rather than the company's side. Here are some of the things we do for our employees: 1. Our payroll team is always available to answer any questions . The turnaround time to address the concerns is fast. 2. Our immigration team is top-notch. Last year when there was lot of immigration uncertainty , we kept our employees informed. 3. We take care of the status of our employees on STEM OPT by conducting training seminars every Saturday , giving access to Udemy, making weekly calls, and making sure that we have a STEM training plan. 4. We have weekly calls every week with employees on H1B to make sure that Employer-Employee relationship is maintained. 5. We offer benefits like Medical insurance, ST/LT, Vision, and dental insurance. 6. Our marketing/sales team does extremely good job in placing our employees on projects. 7. Our HRs are just email or phone call away to address any issue you have. IMCS has different pay models. The level of transparency would be based on which model you opt for. For example, if you opt to for W2(contractor) position we would negotiate your pay rate and we would pay you accordingly. Our margins should not matter to you.
