None whatsoever You get a job with promises of opportunity of growth that will never go anywhere

They offer you a Job with less than what you ask for and promise you a raise after your probationary period. Once your probation is complete they tell you so much nonsense as to why you will not get your $ increase. They promise you overtime instead to meet you desire wages . Wow!!!! Everyone seemed to be afraid of the owner, everytime you hear that he is in a bad mood and the sales rep is always talking so much of his inappropriate behavior. They recommend to record every conversation with the owner as he always starts screaming at employees and also tells you inappropriate things about other employees .
