I've been with the company a little over a month. I am new to the packaging industries and I had no prior training/experience in the packaging world. Being new to the industry I was given goals to reach with the help of managers and co-workers. I started out as a receptionist and is currently advancing into full time sales representative positions. The CEO was very resourceful in providing all of the materials that I needed in order to become more successful/valuable team player for IMPAK corporation. Unlike some of the other reviews here, I found our communication to be clear and easy to understand. I have learned how to interact with my customers and how to effectively communicate with others. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for entry level job that is fast going, continuously learning, never any dull moments, and so on.

Impak is a collaborative and fun environment that encourages the exchange of new ideas, lots of flexibility and room for growth. The willingness to learn is rewarded with yearly bonuses. I have worked for Impak for 4 yrs. and have grown my sales #’s year after year with the assistance of the director of the machine group and the CEO. The ability to increase your pay with variable compensation plans. (commissions)
