Pros
None. This place is awful. Salary can be competitive, but that’s it. It’s so not worth dealing with their horrible culture and incompetence.
Cons
Everything. Micromanaging and incompetence are synonymous with this company. They are very short-term focused for their businesses and seem more concerned about their sports teams than running chemical plants. There is no value (or metrics or tracking) for D&I, which is evidenced by all of the business /leadership teams which are primarily old, white, British/European men. Their communication is awful. The organizations are very flat, so there are no opportunities for growth. Managers have no authority for anything. CEOs insist on extreme oversight and control. Money is king, and people are pawns. I am ecstatic to leave, but even the leaving process has been full of miscommunication and mishaps.
