Pros

I have none to mention.

Cons

You are expected to work with no lunch and it is difficult to even get bathroom breaks. Management is corrupt and are out for themselves. Loaders are not given same consideration as operators and don’t get me started on the union. This place is a dumpster fire.

Pros

-Pay is competitive with other Industrial companies -Benefits aren't bad -Staff are extremely talented hyper specialists with loads of experience -Always learning -Professional environment

Cons

-No Golden Handcuffs and pay isn't competitive with DOW10, FAANG etc AT ALL. Technical staff is continuously poached as a result. Engineering, IT, Science, R&D etc rising stars are headhunted by either the mothership or competitors. Only people who stick around are close to retirement. -Bad management practices creates an environment where the average age of an employee is 40+ and often 50-60+ because younger folks are hunted by big dogs and older staff are committed for their pensions. Creates a revolving door of knowledge loss. You could build an entire plant's worth of employees with the amount of years of experience lost to retirement alone every year. Jobs aren't being filled because the pay doesn't equal the technical requirements needed to do it. New applicants are either under-experienced or talented only on paper as a result. -Management knows they are bleeding talent left and right and live in a bubble. Hundreds of excuses why, no working solutions. Meanwhile injuries are up and production is down and we can't replace the staff at the same quality its exiting.
